Complete and submit the form to enter your Nominee into the giveaway for a chance to win a 2022 Polaris PRORMK 850 155”, Performance Parts and Accessories, A Custom Wrap.
Entrants must be individuals who (a) are legal residents of and currently reside in the contiguous United States; (b) are serving or have served in the military (See note B-1) on Active Duty, Reserve or National Guard, Veteran and currently serving First Responders (See note B-2). You must have an honorable discharge or medically discharged; (c) have a valid driver’s license and, if selected as the Winner, be able to provide proof of insurance for the selected vehicle; (e) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these official rules; and (e) be 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Giveaway entries ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on March 15, 2023
