Privacy Policy

Personal Information You Provide: name, email, phone, mailing address, donation/payment details (processed by trusted third-party payment providers; AAHF does not store full credit card numbers), event registrations, volunteer applications, or messages sent to us.

Automatically Collected Information: IP address, browser and device data, pages visited, and usage data collected via cookies or similar technologies.

All-American Heroes Foundation (“AAHF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. All-American Heroes Foundation Sweepstakes

Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, board members, officers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of All-American Heroes Foundation (“Sponsor”), and its affiliated companies, vendors, and partners, are not eligible.

  • Sweepstakes are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter

  • No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or donation does not increase chances of winning.

  • Entry methods will be clearly disclosed in promotional materials (e.g., online entry form via Tapkat platform, in-person entry at event booths, or mailed entry if applicable).

  • Limit: One entry per person, unless otherwise stated in official sweepstakes promotions. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

3. Sweepstakes Period

  • The sweepstakes begins at [08/28/2025] and ends at [12/12/2025] (“Promotion Period”).

  • All entries must be received by the closing time/date. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. Prize(s)

  • The prize(s) will be described in the sweepstakes promotional materials (e.g., snowmobile, side-by-side, gift cards, merchandise, etc.).

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize will be stated in promotional materials.

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

  • Drawing will be conducted within [5 days] after the Promotion Period ends.

  • Potential winner(s) will be notified by email, phone, or other method provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within [72 hours] of notification, another winner may be selected.

  • Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any required tax forms prior to receiving the prize.

6. Odds of Winning

  • Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Taxes

  • Winner(s) are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other costs associated with the prize. Sponsors may issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, photos, videos, and statements by Sponsor for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and employees are not responsible for:

    • Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries.

    • Technical failures, errors, or malfunctions of any kind.

    • Injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

  • By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and all affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities.

10. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
